Seafront little House

Lovely studio flat front of the sea with; whashing machine, conditioned air, a kitchen and a bathroom, only a double bed therfore the house is for a max of 2 people. The house is really comfortable for many reasons; private access, the opportunity to use part of the garden to have breakfast/lunch but i suppose that the huge advantage is THE POSITION: 10 meters from the beach, 5 min from the turistic hairbour 20 min to the airport, 50 min from Colosseum, well connected with public transport.

My house is only 300 meters from the sea and is a half first floor. Close to the pedestrian area of Ostia, full of bars and restaurants, it is located just 8 minutes walk from Lido Centro Station which takes you to Roma Piramide Station in 30 minutes. It is perfect for families and children that will not need car to join easily the sea and the main areas. The house is characterized by a light and relaxing furniture, chosen personally with care. The house is located about 800 meters from the sea, the area is very quiet and with good parking possibilities, it is also possible to park in the garden. 4 beds, two in the bedroom and 2 in the sofa bed. The center and the station are about 1 km and 800 meters away. Trains to Rome pass every 30 min.
