Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Nebengebäude unseres alleinstehenden Hofes „Rabennest“ im Biosphäre-Reservat, umgeben von Wiesen, Wald und Seen. Der Hof liegt direkt hinter dem Deich. Die voll ausgestattete Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-3 Personen. Außenbereich: kleiner eingezäunter Garten mit Grill-Möglichkeit. Ob für Tier-und Naturliebhaber, Angler, Pilze-Sammler oder einfach nur Ruhe-Suchende verspricht dieser Ort Entspannung pur. Hunde sind willkommen.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

There are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a desk. The pool can be shared with the 2nd apartment in summer. Stendal, Arneburg and Tangermünde are each about 15 km away. A supermarket is 1.5 km away, the main train station is 2 km away, and there is a bike path nearby.

There is no central heating. There is a convection oven, which is similar to a tiled stove, but quickly provides cozy warmth. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.
