The backyard features a deck with privacy wall ideal for grillin’ & chillin’. There is off and on-street parking available as well as a 2-stall garage. All three bedrooms host their own bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head, king sized bed, double closets, and patio door access to the deck. All bedroom closets include organizers, suitable for extended stays! There is also a half bath for extra guests to utilize.

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Verdigre - Parkside Cottage

Comfortable cottage in Verdigre, walking distance from downtown and all local businesses. Verdigre is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventures including hiking, hunting, fishing, and eagle watching. There’s a small deck on the park side where you can sit and enjoy the weather. There’s also a nice sized front porch to sit and relax on as well. This house is on the Kolace day parade route which is the 2nd weekend in June.

Location is in a quiet, updated neighborhood but located off a major through street that can quickly get you to anywhere in town! A great stay with the added fun of a scavenger hunt to locate all of our llamas!

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.
