The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. The apartment on two floors, furnished with attention to detail, offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people.
