Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The accommodation has a large landscaped garden, "Ola's garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Bed linens and towels are included. Possibility to rent a hot tub. One-time fee for filling water, SEK 600. Firewood for about 2-3 heating sessions is included, more firewood is available to buy if needed. We have another accommodation about 1.5 km away - see our ad Cottage House. Perfect when there are more than 5 people who want to stay close to each other. There is a possibility to rent bicycles to easily get between the accommodations (gravel road).

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Österlen offers its most beautiful sunset on the patio to this quiet and modern accommodation. Welcome to Lundsgård. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
