Cape Kiwanda and the dunes can makes for a good hike to the South. Out front and to the North, Tierra Del Mar is a much more quite and relaxed beach. Further North is Sandlake, which is a great place to watch wildlife, but also has dunes for ATV/Motorcycle/4x4 riding, and a little further Cape lookout offers great hikes and surfing. The little town of Pacific City is where you can explore Cape Kiwanda tide pools and dunes, catch some waves, go horse back riding on the beach, take a dory boat out and enjoy deep sea fishing, eat out at the award winning Pelican Pub or Grateful Bread restaurant. Drive 25 mins north to see the world famous Tillamook Cheese Factory. Enjoy a factory tour and of course their amazing variety of cheese and ice cream. 30 mins south is Lincoln City, where there is the Outlet Mall with premium stores, kite flying, one of the best skate parks in Oregon, beach front restaurants, Barnacle Bill's Seafood market where you can get fresh fish and chips, antique shops, and Chinook Winds Casino. Walk to the Beach from Cozy Cottage

The house has a cozy fireplace, a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the front yard and front porch, a fully equipped kitchen, DVD's, board games, and plenty of books. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twins, which can be made into a king (for an added $75 charge). The living room is equipped with a queen sized sofa bed. The entire home is decorated in a beautiful blue and white beach theme, high-end finishes, and equipped with everything to make your stay perfect. As a guest in our home, you have access to all interior spaces, a full backyard, and an off street driveway. You also have access to a storage shed in the backyard that has beach toys, one cruiser style bike, beach chairs, a s'mores center and tools for cooking out. Additional bikes can be rented at the bike shop about a half mile up the road. Info on rental rates is included at the home for your convenience. If you desire, you can also access Newport's Fitness and Aquatic Center using complimentary passes provided to our guests. To access, simply let us know you'd be interested in your initial introductory message and upon reservation confirmation we will let you know how to access the passes stored in the house. Your stay at The Cozy Cottage includes our "Best Of Newport" guidebook with our personal recommendations for restaurants and activities in the local area. Take time to visit the Rogue Brewery and the Oregon Coast Aquarium. From our home you can walk to everything in Nye Beach, and are just a short drive from all that Newport has to offer. Newport is approximately a three hour drive from Portland, Oregon. Animals are not allowed in this home as it is designated as an animal-allergen free home due to allergies on behalf of the homeowner. Also absolutely No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including inside the house, in the yard or in the driveway.

Oceanfront Nye Beach Retreat Too Newport, Oregon

Super clean and ready for guests! Recently updated with hardwood floors. This place is perfect and will feel like your own! I love giving my guests the 5 star treatment. If you have a larger party I have a unit next door as well. So you could have a party of up to 8 all in the same area. Just message me for anything- I can usually accommodate! Pool as well as beach access right out back! *pool closes October 15th for the winter* I'm always available via the air bnb app. I'm extremely responsive and I try to accommodate most requests. Nye Beach is one of the Oregon Coast's hidden gems, featuring lots of local attractions. Swim, surf, and kayak and play on the beach, or spend time exploring the historic Bayfront area or Oregon Coast Aquarium. Bring your bikes and cruise up the the Yaquina Bay bridge and over to the Bayfront or just drive. You can walk to all the restaurants shops in Nye Beach. There is some great food just a block away. Please note all guests when reserving so that I can make the onsite manager aware who is staying so that you have full access to the private beach access and pool. There are no pets. Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping on the entire premise. There is a site manager and he will enforce if he sees a violation. You will be asked to leave without refunds. This unit is on the second floor and there is no access with a elevator. Please make note of this- there are only stairs.
