This special place is close to town. Entire private guest studio with private entrance. NO SHARED SPACES. Our house is an end of the road property. You have your own parking area and your own small patio out front to enjoy the sunset from. We have a small dog, 2 goats, 2 sheep, chickens and ducks, all generally a ways from the studio in other areas of the property. We're 10 minutes from the ferry, 7 min. to town & 14 min. from Moran State Park. No kitchen, but there's a microwave and fridge.

Your suite (375 square feet) is at the front of our house with a pvt. entry living room, a small bedroom with a big bed and a double sofa bed. There is a window seat with a view, your own bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, wifi, TV, microwave, etc. You get the driveway. Power outlet on front porch. We have a small dog. Welcome to the vintage 100 year old original guest Cabin, nestled over the Salish Sea on a private estate with two cabins, beach, camp fire and kayaks for guests to use. Seals, otters, Eagles and deer are your neighbors. Walk to Turtleback Mountain hiking south trailhead. The secluded Hot Tub is spontaneously private for either cabin to use, but not at the same time. It has always worked out well for many years of guests enjoyment.... tucked under madrona trees 75 feet away from either cabin.

This small 17 acres farm provides Donna's horses room to play and live and Stan's Autobody & Paint Shop a place to thrive. Other buildings besides the Cabin and the owners' house are a covered riding arena, Stan Wingate's shop, a "Fowl Manor" and run, and a small family residence. Ten beautiful old apple trees are scattered around. The Cabin is next to one of the apple orchards.
