The Junior Princeton is junior in size, but provides all the amenities of a larger home. It is a lovely 1 bedroom/1 bath private home located in College Park. Our neighborhood offers all the perks of a big city with the coziness of a small town. We love the cute shops and delicious restaurants down the road but just a 10 minute drive to downtown Orlando: nightlife, live music, art and shopping. Orlando’s famous Disney parks, Universal Studios and water parks are just a 23 minute drive away.

Oasis Garden Cottage -cozy, chic, near everything!

Our cozy cottage is located within minutes of some of the best areas, restaurants, bars, and attractions Orlando has to offer. Winter Park and College Park are 3-5 minute drives, Disney and Universal only 20 minutes, etc. The interior is chic and inviting, with a homey feel. Enjoy the fireplace, play some board games, soak in bath salts in the claw foot tub, curl up on the porch with a coffee and read one of our provided books— it’s so peaceful you’ll have a hard time leaving for the day!

Our home was built in the 1950s and has been uniquely updated and remodeled. The home has 3 nice bedrooms, all with KING size beds, available to guests. (The extra bedrooms are not available) You will enjoy the spacious living area with large TV and Foosball table as well as the NEWLY remodeled kitchen with bay windows overlooking the beautiful backyard!
