The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stop outside My University on the way.
