There are two bedrooms and a bathroomon the upper floor from witch a spiral staircase leads down to an open space with a kitchen, dining room and living room. From this area you can enter a separate wellness area with hot tube (jacuzzy), sauna and an additional bathroom. Both floors have terraces with a view of the surrounding hills and the city of Varaždin.
