Apartment has 100 m2 and it is situated in the house that has 3 more apartmants. In the apartman there are 2 bedroom (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) living room (with kautch on witch can sleep 2 person) , kitchen and bathroom . terrace is cca. 25 m2 big, modern interior. You can expect an very pleseant area for spending your vacation, the apartment is 50 m from restaurant, 400 m from the supermarket, 400 m from beach, 1000 m from center of the city, 300m from bus station. Valbandon is a tourist town located on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and the “Bi Village” camp, this is the perfect destination for families with children. Also, the vicinity of the Brijuni National Park, consisting of 13 small and 2 large islands, make it an attractive tourist destination. Brijuni National Park is one of the most beautiful national phenomena where you can experience the fantastic cohesion of human, plant and animal life. Valbandon offers a special advantage for small children in its long pebble beaches which are ideal for children’s play, while the thick pine tree forest guarantees fresh air in the hot summer days.

Relax with your family at this cozy getaway. 300 meters from the beaches and the center of Fažana in a quiet street with little traffic. This apartment also has a beautiful view of the sea and Brijuni National Park, which consists of 13 islands and islets. The pleasure of providing guests with a well-maintained seaside promenade of about 7km and bike paths. About 7 km away is the city of Pula, which abounds in historical monuments, the most famous of which is the amphitheater (the third largest in the world).

We also provided private parking for "tin pets," free of charge. The cottage offers guests to enjoy the benefits of an outdoor hot tub, patio furniture, and a fireplace without fees. The air – conditioned apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, TV, bathroom and a terrace. During your stay you can use the garden's benefits such as relaxing or making a barbeque with friends or family. You can choose where to eat your meal – on the garden table or in the apartment. But, be aware that when you are in the nature you can also be a meal for mosquitos. 😊 So make sure to use a repellent. Last but not least, free parking is in front of the house.

Apartman ima zaseban ulaz,smješten je u prizemlju objekta te je pogodan za 2-3 osobe. Površina apartmana je 30m2, 1 spavaća soba sa normalnim bračnim krevetom, dnevna soba sa kaučom. Kuhinja i blagovaonica su u sastavu dnevne sobe. Kuhinja je opremljena sa osnovnim suđem te frižiderom, električnim štednjakom i mašinom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. U apartmanu je dostupan SAT - TV, Wi- Fi. Posebnost apartmana je lijep pogled na zelenilo vanjskog vrta.
