We are located minutes from Pensacola NAS along with lots of other restaurants and shopping venues. We fell in love with this 6th floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. The condo is very quiet and easily accessible to the elevator, pool, ocean, grilling area and parking. HAPPY BEACHING!!

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining & living room w/ sleeper sofa & TVs throughout. Outside has covered patio with grills & seating. Provided are 2 beach chairs & beach towels for your use. Check in is 3:00 p.m. & check out is 11:00 a.m. Damage deposit is required & will be refunded through Airbnb within 7 days provided post rental inspection passes.

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
