Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Overlooking the hills of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO heritage site, our apartment, with its 3 large rooms, is ideal both for a relaxing family vacation and for those who want to savor the beauty of the area, the wineries but also the itineraries that can be traveled on foot and by bike. The apartment of over 100 square meters is located in a very quiet and convenient residential area within walking distance of all services such as supermarket, bakery, bars, pizzerias and restaurants.

House in the heart of the Prosecco production area, it is one of the oldest in Guia; renovated several times over the years, it can now accommodate itinerant tourists and for extended stays. Very close: Venice (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) and, the nearest Dolomites, an hour's drive away. Highly qualified restaurants in the surrounding area, suggestive landscapes above (Venice is visible with clear air) and a place for walks and bike tours...

Apartment in Susegana

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Located at the foot of the hills of the DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, the apartment in a very quiet residential area is a short walk from the center of Col San Martino: supermarket, pharmacy, newsstand, church, pastry shop, coin laundry, bus stop are within walking distance in a few minutes. The location allows you to reach both the peaks of the Dolomites and the Adriatic shores of Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, and Venice by car.

Ai Ciliegi holiday home

Large space with bright and well-equipped rooms, ideal for families and groups of friends. The accommodation is in a convenient location for those wishing to explore the area. Nearby is the Piave riverbed, perfect for nature walks. In a few minutes by car, you can visit historic and picturesque villages such as Valdobbiadene, famous for Prosecco, Asolo, Possagno with the Canova Museum, Bassano del Grappa and Treviso.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

Casa Rosi is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, in the Prosecco hills area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment, with independent access, offers a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, two single bedrooms and a bathroom. Among the common spaces: a courtyard and a large garden with olive trees.

The house "Ai Castagni" is located on Mount Moncader in Combai di Miane, within the Moncader Farm. The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. The house has a bedroom on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds side by side.
