On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

We live just downstairs, so it will be convenient for us helping you for any needs!

The access road is pedestrian only. About 80 meters on foot to reach the apartment from the driveway. It is located in an old sailor's house, renovated with refinement. Masts of ancient sailing ships cross the ceiling and old tiles decorate the kitchenette.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
