Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

We are a few short minutes from Gilbertsville Farmhouse, Far View Farms, and conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village (17 miles/25 min.) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (37 miles). Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away where you can fish or launch a kayak. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

5 Acre PIne Cabin is a new construction 3 bedroom plus cabin featuring open floor plan and 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen, featuring a custom iron stair case engraved with pines and bears and an open living room with TV, as well as one Full bedroom and full bath are downstairs. The second level consists of 2 more full bedrooms and an open den area with twin trundle beds, TV with Roku. There is also an outdoor open fire pit. We are located just 10 miles to All Star Village Baseball!
