The newly built house is located just a stone's throw from a well-prepared ski trail of 7 km, which in winter invites you to wonderful trips through the snow-covered landscape. During the summer, the cows graze peacefully in the meadow overlooking the lake, creating a peaceful environment to enjoy. On the property, there is also a honey shop to visit.

Here you live directly on the beach. Be prepared to find the clay sand a little here and there. The night sky often offers starry nights and if you are lucky you can also see the northern lights. About 20 minutes from Hudiksvall, car road up to the house. Who needs all the amenities when you have lighting via solar cells, heating via the fireplace and cooking is done directly on the gas stove or outdoors. Why not end the evening with a sauna and a dip in your own lake? Cottage of 36 sqm with a total of four beds, in the loft and sofa bed.
