Τhe house is located at the center of the old city, literally in the heart of the night life, next to the Ntaliani street with its small tavernas. Around there are many restaurants and cafes. It's only 5 minutes walk from the Old Harbour as well as the Agora, the central building of the city. There are also supermarket and pharmacy in a very small distance to cover your every need. Perfect for families or big companies who want to be in the heart of the Old Town, yet in a quiet side street.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.

Our apartment is located just 70m near the beach of nea Chora, with all of the view just in your hands. You can walk 1 minute to get to the tavernas, and 10minute to the chania old harbor. There is also in 70m a bus station, 400m pharmacy and 50m for a mini market. Sea view is a bit blocked due to construction in nearby building!
