Private single level guest apartment (1,500 sq ft.) at the bottom of our family home. Bottom level overlooks a hill with unparalleled views of San Diego Bay, Point Loma, Old Town, etc. and includes a private deck. Guests access home via set of 12 stairs next to garage. Well lit staircase with sturdy railing.
