The bedroom is new and has a private bathroom for exclusive use, with an entrance from inside the room. The room has air conditioning and radiators. The entrance to the room is independent and with an armored door. The breakfast area is shared with only one other room. The apartment is in the center, but it is not in the ZTL and is a few minutes' walk from all the main areas: train station, University, Bologna Fiera, Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, Piazza del Nettuno.

Double Room

Nice and very well-kept apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood immersed in greenery, convenient to the ring road and well served by public transport. There is always free condominium parking and protected by the gate. The bathroom is only shared with the owner, the only tenant. Breakfast is offered, but the kitchen is not available for guests. The tourist tax (equal to €5.80 per person for each night) is excluded from the price, which must be paid upon arrival.

We rent two private rooms in our renovated farmhouse, with a large garden and swimming pool, furnished with style and warmth typical of a real country house, very comfortable less than a minute from the Valsamoggia exit on the A1 Mi-Bo, 12 minutes from Bologna airport. We will serve you breakfast, which is held in our large living room, and you can relax in our garden with pool.

Room with private bathroom in a centrally located apartment – but outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) – fully renovated, bright, and well furnished with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The room includes a three-quarter bed, a wardrobe, a desk, shelves, and drawers. By booking in advance, a large garage may be available.
