Separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous views All the apartment was fully renovated in the summer of 2017 and offers A/C. Listed building, period features, high floor with elevator. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy to reach, public transportation takes you easily to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).
