The Old Rope Works is a spacious and unique space in the heart of Woburn Sands, a small market town outside Milton Keynes. As the name suggests, it was once a factory where rope was made and accommodation will suit families, two couples, four friends etc. The property is located just down from the high street, which has multiple places to eat and drink, two local supermarkets for supplies, all within a 5 minute stroll. This unique apartment is tucked away amongst the trees of the Woburn Forest. Situated in the green and leafy Aspley Heath you will hear the sounds of the countryside and have views to enjoy. This is a perfect place for those who love to get away from busy life and those who enjoy a walk in the woods and fields - but with a village close by for essentials. Beautiful garden to relax in. We have a spectacular rhododendrons display in April-May. To enjoy. Strictly NO gatherings or parties allowed.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.
