Bara bada bastu and mind rest! Traditional Finnish cottage from the 50s in Vihdi Huhmarjärvi, 38km from Helsinki. The cottage is on the water line and the balcony is on the water. Lovely newly renovated log sauna with gentle steam. No neighbors right next door. The cottage is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility, as there are big height differences and stairs. There is no mains supply or sewer in the cottage. There may be algae in the lake at some point in the summer, but you can get clean water from the borehole in the house

Unique and cozy cottage by the lake

Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large sloping plot on the shore of the clean Storträsk lake. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included.

A wonderful villa in the Nuuksio National Park

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

The apartment has a dedicated free parking slot for car users near the entrance. The equipment also includes fast Wi-Fi, a 50" flat-screen TV and a wireless sound system. From the front of the house, you can take a bus to Matinkylä metro station/Iso Omena in 13 minutes.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

Lovely guesthouse near the lake in Kirkkonummi

Charming, renovated side apartment/ guest house. The property is located in the yard of our home, but guests have their own peace and privacy. The proximity of the lake, Hvitträsk Museum, outdoor activities and a short distance to e.g. Porkkalanniemi, Meiko Nature Reserve, Linlo's outdoor area and Helsinki make the place special.
