The beautiful and protected avenue of trees on which the villa is located is surrounded by (strawberry) fields and farmlands. You experience absolute peace and can completely come to yourself. The villa is located 10 minutes from Etten-Leur, Breda and Roosendaal, 45 minutes from Antwerp and 35 minutes from Efteling. You can also enjoy the beautiful adjoining garden!

Easy to reach from the highway, but only a few minutes' walk to nature park "De Maashorst" and close to nature park "Herperduin". Both parks are rich in hiking and biking routes, and within walking distance you can enjoy a swimming pond with white beaches, and various fishing spots.
