Our location is fantastic! From here, walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, everything! We have ample parking, too. We ask guests to keep in mind that this is an older home, last remodeled in 1969! Please consider this when booking, while staying, & when reviewing. While the location can't be beat, expect to be staying in an older home if you choose our place. Due to COVID-19, please bring your own towels, sheets & pillows. We provide bedspreads. ALLERGIES: A dog & cat lived here recently.

This home belonged to my grandmother and has loads of personality. It has been recently updated while still preserving its charm. Fast internet, new AC, all the necessities in the kitchen, new bedding, and a relaxing outdoor space! The location is perfect. Walk to the best the area has to offer or spend the day just 1 mile away at the beach (parking pass included) or unwind and relax on the deck or patio and enjoy a gorgeous view of the Drift Roses when in season. Let the Webhannet Falls and River lull you to sleep as they flow through the backyard and see the foundation of the historic gristmill and sawmill.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
