Classic, authentic cottage within walking distance of water

A vacation in our cozy, authentic summer cottage is pure enjoyment. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and has an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. There is a new kitchen from 2022 connected to the living room. The sleeping accommodations in the house are distributed as follows: one room with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed, which is best suited for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly furnished annex with a double bed and a double mattress on the floor Please note that the house is older and has been renovated over time.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Listen to the birdsong and the sound of the sea while sitting with coffee on the terrace. Let the children explore the forest around the house, hunting for the fox or the little squirrels. Find swimwear, beach toys and paddleboards, walk 100 meters along the path in front of the house and enjoy the beach life. Warm up your body in the wilderness bath or sauna when you return to the house. Enjoy the crackling of the wood-burning stove when the evening falls and let yourself sink into the sofa with a book or knitting.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Nice enclosed garden with lawn and wilderness bath. The house has a bright kitchen/living room in open connection with the living room. From the living room, there is access to a cozy south-facing terrace with dining area and barbecue. The house has three rooms, two of them with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a bunk bed for two. Newer bathroom with shower. Heated with air-to-air heat pump supplemented with a wood-burning stove. Some firewood is included. Two good bicycles are available - see pictures.

Beautiful charming house in Øer Maritime holiday town, good location. Access to swimming pool, sauna, sports hall, fitness room, PADEL tennis. Outside, there is a large playground with a jumping pad, mini golf, tennis, MTB, crab fishing. Cozy walks, cycling distance to Ebeltoft, go to a good beach with dunes, 10 m to the canals with bathing, play on SUP's, rubber boat, etc. Terraces on both sides, i.e. lee/sun/shade according to needs - search for Øer maritime holiday town for more. The apartment is 60 m2 and is an independent apartment with its own entrance, as part of the private Blushøjgård Kursus- og Feriecenter. The apartment overlooks all four corners of the world. From the cozy bright glass bay window in the living room, there is a sea view and a view over the courtyard towards the viewpoint Peter Dolmens hill, the region's highest point Kalesbakke and Blushøjgård's apple orchard.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. Welcome to our lovely intimate cottage located on an undisturbed and secluded plot in the scenic Øer. The house is only a 15-minute walk from a lovely sandy beach and a 10-minute walk to Sønder Plantage, where there is plenty of opportunity for a wonderful walking or mountain bike tour. From the cottage, it is 6 km to Ebeltoft city center, with its historic streets. A really nice town. Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park and Mols Bjerge National Park are just a short drive away.
