Charming holiday home, located just 250 meters from the coast at Ytterby Lyng on the Sj. Odde which is a peninsula located between Kattegat and Sejerøbugten. The house is located on a 1259 m2 large fenced plot. The house contains open kitchen/dining room with good space open combination with living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom with shower, 2 person spa as well as sauna, 3 good bedrooms as well as utility room with washing machine. From the living room exit to the lovely both open and terrace. When you stand out on the road, you can look down to the water.

Have a fantastic holiday in this cozy summer house with lots of activities for both children and adults. The house is centrally located in a big vacation area with beautiful nature and ferries to other parts of Denmark. With only 700m to a fine sandy beach, via a small calm path-road, and 3 km to the city center with restaurants, café's, bars and shopping opportunities. At the big theme park "Sommerland Sjælland" only 7 km away you can spend a whole day with the kids.

The cottage is placed only a 5-10 minute walk away (3-400 m) from one of the best most child friendly beaches in DK.

The small forest cabin is small but good and is located in a small cottage area surrounded by tall trees and a large secluded plot with a fireplace, terrace and jacuzzi. sandbox, outdoor toys, etc. There are only 20 minutes to Sommerland, 20 minutes to Holbæk city center, 10 minutes to Ulvfsborg and 10 minutes to the nearest beach (by car) 5 minutes to northwest Zealand's largest shopping center ☺️ price is included consumption ✨️

View of water and grounds directly down to the beach at Yderby Lyng is what the house here can offer, among other things.( Write and ask for your wishes for days.) In addition, there is a hot tub and sauna for great relaxation. Nature lovely area. Charming cabin in the woods - close to the water

In Korshage's beautiful and wild nature, you will find our summerhouse. It's almost 100 years old, maybe a little primitive, but very cozy. It is located in the forest, close to the water. We love the place, the trees, the singing of the birds, a trip by the sea, and so much more. And we hope you will too. Rørvig harbor, town and restaurants are only 3 km or a good walk or bike ride away.
