Lovely New Annexe Near Fleet, Hampshire

A recently created annexe accessed from the private driveway of our adjoining home. Accommodation includes King Sized Bed, Hanging space, Small drawer, Mirror, TV, Large bathroom with shower, toilet, basin & mirror. Tea & coffee making facilities including kettle, and a small fridge. Linen & Towels provided. Parking on drive, Pubs close by serving food, also a local cafeteria (serving breakfast) a small Sainsburys and Coop within walking distance. Close to Fleet, Farnborough , Farnham & M3/M4

Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

UPDATE 1st NOV 2025 - Airbnb have now moved their fee onto the host which has inflated the quoted price but the overall cost has NOT changed. A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom accessed off the garden providing two single beds and WC. It is two minutes walk from the thriving village of Hartley Wintney and is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£25 fee payable).

The Coach House, built 1840 has been lovingly converted from stables to a wonderful, eclectic place to stay. Located in Odiham, a beautiful Georgian village with many shops, restaurants and great walks from the doorstep. An incredible location for great days out - New Forest, Chawton (Jane Austen), Watercress steam train line. Easy access to the M3 (5 mins) and the south coast, London an hour away by train into Waterloo & Winchester 40 min drive. Light breakfast included. Min 2 night stay.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Our quaint single storey cottage is situated in the private grounds of our house, down its own independent driveway with plenty of safe parking. It is warm and cozy in a contemporary style.
