I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

Patricial apartment located on the 1st floor of one of Odense's quiet and fashionable neighborhoods close to the city centre. There is free parking on the street. The apartment is high ceilings and with great light. It is fully furnished and contains entrance hall, kitchen, toilet/bath as well as two large connecting rooms respectively bedroom and living area. In addition, spacious west facing terrace. We live on the ground floor so we can be easily contacted if needed.
