It is my primary residence, so there will be personal belongings here. It's a quiet building with nice neighbors, who we ask you to respect ☺️ The apartment is on the 2nd floor with walking distance to Eventyrhaven, the light rail, paid parking, and shopping in 5 minutes, and the pedestrian street in 10 minutes. On Sundays, parking is free in front of the apartment; otherwise, the nearest paid parking is about 5 minutes away. Please note that the bedroom is small.
