Comfortable one-room apartment of 50 m2 in the beautiful Skibhus neighborhood for rent. The location is nice and central and the distance to the city center is quite small. There is less than two km to the train station, HCA's house, the pedestrian street and so on. Skibhusvej itself is a shopping street filled with atmosphere, cafes and restaurants. The apartment contains a small kitchen with service for six people, stove, refrigerator, oven and laundry facilities by appointment. In addition, private toilet and bath. Centrally located in Odense City a few minutes from the train station, shopping, walking street and tourist attractions like HC Andersen's house you will find a lovely newly renovated apartment with room for 4 people. The apartment is furnished with a lovely bedroom with a double bed, nice kitchen with all the necessities as well as a larger bathroom. It is possible to open the large window in the living room so it turns into a small balcony overlooking the garden. In addition, there is a terrace in the garden for free use.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.
