The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). This lovely cottage offers beautiful scenery with its own lake and fantastic hiking trails just around the corner.As a guest, business traveller, friends or couples, you want to experience comfort and proximity to both the airport and Gothenburg. You also want to experience the beauty of Sweden. Nature outside the knot and why not swim from the family's own dock, maybe fish a little or use the sauna right on the lake. The cottage has a private shower and toilet as well as two rooms in addition. So come and enjoy...

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

Cottage on Brännö. The house is 30 m2, high ceilings, 1 sleeping loft, fireplace, bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, underfloor heating, patio and a large lovely garden with space for barbecue and hanging in the hammock among the apple trees. The decor is rustic and sometimes we use the house as a studio. Nature reserve, cliffs and sea just around the corner and also a grocery store and an inn 5 minutes away.

In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
