Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung am Waldrand im kleinen Ortsteil Altneudorf des Odenwald-Städtchens Schönau im Kreis Heidelberg gelegen. Auf 50qm bieten wir eine Unterkunft mit gemütlicher Wärme durch den enthaltenen Kamin. Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche schöne Wanderwege, Burgen und andere Ausflugsziele, etc. In den Sommermonaten (Juni/Juli/August/evtl. Sept.) kann unser eingelassener Pool (beheizt durch Solar - Wassertemperatur ist also abhängig von den Sonnenstunden) im Garten genutzt werden.

Wenn Du möchtest ist dies der ideale Ort um sich zu entspannen.Dies ist nicht die richtige Location für Partys und laute Gesellschaften.

Ruhiges Appartement, 45 m², in kern-saniertem Haus, Baujahr 1850, mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Ladenburg. Gemütlich und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Restaurants, Cafes liegen direkt vor der Haustür, Neckar und Bahnhof sind fußläufig. Heidelberg und Mannheim sind gut in ca. 15 min mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Räder können im Hof untergestellt werden, hier lässt es sich im Sommer auch schön sitzen. Zum Be- und Entladen kann das Auto direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden.

Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig & modern gestaltet. Im Flur zum Schlafzimmer befindet sich zusätzlich ein Schrank um Kleider zu verstauen. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem Doppelbett, sowie einem Schrank . Neben der Wohnung gibt es einen Garten (Rasenfläche) der genutzt werden kann.
