A bakery café & a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Main Ferry Nixe in about 10 minutes. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Also, shopping markets within walking distance (1.6 km 22 min) and the medieval old town (2 km 25 min). An iron/ironing board can be borrowed on request.

Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Bright apartment, next to the town hall, on the first floor of the Michelskeller. The fully equipped apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower and two rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and in the living room a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). In total, a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated. The entrance is via a key box, so it is flexible from the check-in time.
