We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

The home has a very comfortable living room, a main floor bedroom with a queen bed and big closet, a nice little updated kitchen, and a bathroom with tub on the main floor. There is a 2nd bedroom on the basement level (stairs to access) with 2 full size beds along with washer/dryer. This home is only 1 block away from Main Street shopping, coffee, dining, a movie theatre, and a world-class Motorcycle museum. This house is not handicap accessible.

Our historic 1906 Cottage Garden guest house is located on I-70 half-way between Kansas City & Denver, Colorado in WaKeeney, KS. Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse. This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.
