Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Möchten Sie einen gemütlichen Urlaub im Gebiet des Nationalparks Hohe Tauern erleben? Ja! Dann ist dies die perfekte Unterkunft für ruhige Abende zu zweit. Auch die Lage lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig, mit Restaurants sowie den Freizeitzentrum, Naturbadeteich, Kletterturm, Fußball- und Tennisplatz sowie Schießarena, in Gehweite. Außerdem ist auch das Schigebiet Heiligenblut am Großglockner in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Nach einem langen Schitag kann man perfekt in der Infrarotkabine entspannen.

Geschäfte, Kinderspielplätze und ein beleuchteter Fuß - und Radweg, sind in ca.10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Skigebiete, Golfplatz, Outdoorpark, Tristachersee , Nationalpark, sind ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Idyllisches Apartment ca. 60 m2 groß mit Blick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten und auf die Naturlandschaft der Umgebung. Ruhige Lage 20 min Fußweg bis zum Zentrum. Balkon vorhanden. Für interessierte am Wintersport befindet sich die Skipiste in 50 Meter Entfernung. Perfekt für Home Office und längere Aufenthalte geeignet.
