You can swim, fish, kayak, golf and enjoy the beautiful views on Clear Lake, which is connected to the "Chain of Lakes" to maximize your experience. You are five minutes from downtown Oxford and also close to downtown Lake Orion. The Polly Anne Trail is close by with walking and biking trails. We recently added a NEW king size bed. A great cozy cottage on Lake Orion with Kayaks and A paddle board. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants with a great fenced in backyard for cookouts! There is a hottub for cooler Michigan Nights. Option to rent the pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please be advised, there is construction occurring near the property so construction vehicles can be heard on occasion during the day/business hours. We do have an outdoor camera facing the street for deliveries.

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Close proximity 15 minutes or less to: Pine Knob Music Theatre, Pine Knob Ski Resort, Chrysler Head Quarter (FCA), Great Lakes Crossings Mall, BROSE, BorgWarner etc.
