On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

A fireplace in the living room with cross vault, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, shower & toilet as well as a guest toilet are spread over 3 floors and over 100 square meters. The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: Eat comfortably outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

A magical place, the cabin is surrounded by nature by a beautiful pond. The combination of nature and comfort is unparalleled. The cabin was lovingly created and is newly built. The goal was to offer modern comfort (WiFi, hot water and comfortable beds) in a rustic style. The hot tub can be booked on site (€40 per stay) Charcoal, a lighter and wood will be provided. Modern, tastefully furnished 2-room apartment with a private terrace in a quiet location between Berlin and Potsdam. The bedroom has a large double bed, a spacious closet and direct access to the private terrace. In the living area, there is a sofa bed for two more guests, a TV and a dining area for four people. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. Good access to public transportation and shopping nearby.
