Cosy Flat | Near City Center, Hosp. & Uni

Walking distance to The General Hospital, Soton Uni and The City Centre (see photos), my bright, clean and cosy flat would make the perfect stay for anyone traveling for work or a get away. A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

A newly renovated apartment in an old Victorian property. You have self check-in and out for privacy and flexibility. The space includes double bedroom with a new king-size bed and mattress & views into garden, private fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower unit. There is a garden which you are very welcome to use, sun permitting! Please not the garden space is shared.
