Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Loft in a historic carriage workshop from 1910, completely renovated in 2025. The loft serves as a changing art gallery and exhibition space for collaborative works by Karl Zwieback and other participating artists. Artists can apply for joint projects, overnight stays are provided. The goal is to realize the most community work worldwide. High-quality furnishings with underfloor heating, box spring bed, designer sofa, modern kitchen with induction stove, wine refrigerator.

Dreamy Tiny House Handrösschen

The tiny house overlooking the horse paddock is on our historic farm at the gates of Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separate toilet (ingenious, no unpleasant odors). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cozy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor dishwasher/shampoo allowed. Fireplace and fireplace by arrangement.
