Dreamholiday Haus für 20 + Personen

Schönes Einfamilienhaus (ca. 220qm Wfl.) an der Sieg gelegen. Es gibt genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten sowie Bäder, Parkplätze, Balkon und einen großen Garten . Außerdem gibt es einen Whirlpool zum Entspannen. WLAN ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Das Haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen, jedoch erreicht man den Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten und kann so ebenfalls in größere Städte reisen oder in die nächstgelegene, um einzukaufen. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für mehrere Personen oder Familien. Nichtraucherhaus!

Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Altes Pfarrhaus Eifel (2 Personen)

Das alte Pfarrhaus, erbaut um 1712 läd nach über 50 Jahren Leerstand und einer kompletten Denkmalsanierung nun wieder zum verweilen ein. Der Fokus der Sanierung lag auf dem Erhalt der ursprünglichen Bausubstanz, sowie der Verwendung von Naturbaustoffen. Natursteinböden, neue und alte Eichendielen, Lehmputz, Kalkfarben und Vollholzküche gepaart mit krummen Wänden und Designklassikern verleihen dem alten Pfarrhaus einen ganz besonderen Charme, den wir gerne mit euch teilen!

Jede weitere Person wird mit € 26,- pro Nacht berechnet. Sehr besonderes Haus mit parkähnlichem Garten und Barockpavillon. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Privatbrücke. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre mitten in der Stadt. Der Park bietet viele verschiedene Winkel und Ecken auf verschiedenen Ebenen und tollen Ausblicke.
