Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

Kom met je hele gezin tot rust in deze villa, gelegen in de Belgische Ardennen. De villa is modern maar gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan groot en klein is gedacht. Met een heerlijke wellness, verwarmd binnenzwembad, 2 verschillende sauna´s, whirlpool, overdekt speelparadijs, en een grill hut, is er altijd en voor iedereen iets leuks te doen! This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Das alte Pfarrhaus, erbaut um 1712 läd nach über 50 Jahren Leerstand und einer kompletten Denkmalsanierung nun wieder zum verweilen ein. Der Fokus der Sanierung lag auf dem Erhalt der ursprünglichen Bausubstanz, sowie der Verwendung von Naturbaustoffen. Natursteinböden, neue und alte Eichendielen, Lehmputz, Kalkfarben und Vollholzküche gepaart mit krummen Wänden und Designklassikern verleihen dem alten Pfarrhaus einen ganz besonderen Charme, den wir gerne mit euch teilen!
