Executive, cozy one bedroom, one bath, lower unit apartment. Full kitchen and full bathroom, with washer/dryer combo. Private entrance and private patio. Comfy queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Wi-Fi and cable channels available. Located in a safe, quiet, wooded, country neighborhood close to Grand Haven, and Holland, with access to many parks, beaches, and golf courses. It is conveniently located only 15mins from both Grand Haven and Holland. NO pets allowed on the furniture or there will be an extra fee. The house includes 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart tv, bottled water is supplied as well as toothbrushes and shampoo and conditioner. Less than 3mi from a gas station and restaurant/bar. There's a great park right across the street that offers equestrian and hiking with lights on until 10pm.
