Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

Beach house on North Beach with short walking distance to beach. Walking trail on beach leading directly to shops, Lexington Museum & Texas State Aquarium. Waterview from every room. This is 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious home. Primary with on suite bath. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen & 1 full size bed and 3rd bedroom has twin bunk bed. Bring your beach towels. We are on Corpus Christi Bay not to be confused with Padre Island which is only 30 minute drive if you which to visit. 5 minutes to downtown.
