For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. This former artist's studio, which belonged to the photographer of the city of Saumur at the beginning of the 20th century, makes this place unique with its glass roof over 4 meters high, overlooking the oldest church in the city. The apartment is located in the hyper center, next to free parking, on a pedestrian street known for its many restaurants. This accommodation will allow you to access the Château on foot via the banks of the Loire or by walking the streets of the old town.

A break in Luché-Pringé in this accommodation for 6 people, equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a terrace not overlooked, a large garage equipped with an electric charging station (3.7 kW). All the comforts for a stay in our small city of character, close to the La Flèche Zoo and the Prytanée, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the Château du Lude, the Châteaux de la Loire, Terrabotanica, not to mention our shops, our municipal swimming pool and our bike paths.

The very luxurious interior furnishings and the incredible view will give you a unique experience. The manor ideally located at the gates of Tours and near the various motorway axes will allow you to radiate to visit cellars and castles. Nature lovers, the croaking of frogs from March to August and the wood fire in winter will delight you.

A hidden gem in the Loire Valley

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

You will be in the heart of the Loire Valley between Angers and Tours, 30 minutes from Saumur, 20 km from the Bourgueil vineyards. You can visit the many castles and rest around our pleasant heated and covered pool (12 m by 5 m). The shelter is composed of 6 telescopic modules sliding on rails. Each module can be opened or closed.
