Located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, we call it "BEe in foREST", located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, in the lap of nature with which we are closely connected. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

A spacious balcony features a comfortable seating area with a gray sofa adorned with colorful cushions. A wooden table holds a potted plant, while the surrounding stone walls and wooden beams enhance the rustic charm. Scenic views of the valley can be seen in the background.

This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

A stone's throw from the coast and close to the quaint towns of Porec, Vrsar, Novigrad and Rovinj is this extremely spacious luxury villa, an architectural masterpiece with breathtaking views of olive groves, a beautiful winery, and the sea. The villa with 8-10 beds is located on the edge of the village of Fuskulin. Luxury and comfort in and outside the villa with: pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, barbecue (Ofyr) and just a few km from the beach, as well as from the old town of Porec.

The apartment is located 5 minute walk from beautiful beaches, it has a shared fireplace in the yard and lovely balcony looking on an organic garden! Walls are decorated with original hand - painted decorations made by my mother:)
