Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. All the equipment is waiting for you. Lots to explore in the area as well, being close to Bethel and Sunday River, Fryeburg, North Conway and the White Mountains. Relaxing on the dock is always an option! Enjoy the glow of the fire pit at night, or gather inside for games or a movie. Time to kickback!

A refurbish 1967 knotty pine Cottage a short walk to lake and has lake rights. Located 400 feet from lake access. For swimming, FREE docking for your boat to fish, water ski or just cruise in Thompson lake. 14 miles one of Maines cleanest lakes. 6 Bicycles, 2- kayaks, 2-16 ft canoes, a 14 ft rowboat, and a paddle boat, fishing gear, firewood available for guest at no charge for fire pit. Propane and charcoal barbeques available at cottage. THERE IS NO WIFI.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

The Burrow at Patch Mountain

Surrounded by nature, this is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking an active outdoor adventure or a quiet restful retreat. The Burrow is a small studio cottage, set between two other buildings, on a wooded 4.2 acre property. It’s a cozy space with a full kitchen, views of the river and abundant natural light. It has its own sunny patio for eating and shares a fire ring, sitting area and driveway with my other AirBnB- The Haven at Patch Mountain.
