This 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood with manicured landscaping, fenced yard, outdoor grill, and sitting area with fire pit. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and place settings for 8 or more as well as pots and pans for cooking. Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

Windy Mane Ranch, Bunkhouse, and Horse Hotel

We breed and raise cattle on Windy Mane Ranch. Roanoke is the "Unique Dining Capital of Texas". Nearby attractions include the Fort Worth Stockyards and Texas Motor Speedway. The Bunkhouse is the 2nd story STUDIO of a 2-story shop, southwest of the house. Pets welcome! We have dogs, cats, chickens, and horses, so PLEASE let us know who/what you are bringing so we can ensure the comfort and safety of everyone (person & animal) on the ranch. A tabletop arcade in the condo, and access to the pool, pickleball courts, and gym will keep you entertained. If you get stir crazy visit the Tanger outlets right across the street, or head to one of the many restaurants in Roanoke! Fully equipped kitchen 2 rooms with king size beds and attached bathrooms. Down the street from new Stars Center!

The Haven C - Cozy and clean apartment in Denton

This is a well furnished one bedroom apartment. It has one bathroom with a shower/bath combination and a washer and dryer. It has a well furnished kitchen, dining table and large closet. It is perfect for extended stays. There is a queen sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. We are close to I-35. There are two parking spaces right outside the front door. Well behaved pets are welcome. We use a commercial UV light to sanitize, along with a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

Relax and recharge at this centrally located Denton home. Within walking distance to all the shopping and dining that the historic downtown Square has to offer as well as to the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University, our place is bright and peaceful with two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a game room, full kitchen, laundry room, backyard with fire pit, and the quintessential Denton front porch to just sit on and watch the world go by.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
