Clean and light, lower level of a 1927 bungalow with its own private entrance will make you feel like you are home. Centrally located in South Minneapolis. With easy freeway acess it is only 10 minutes to the Chain of Lakes, Downtown, the Minneapolis Convention Center, Uptown, the U of M, US Bank Stadium, Target Field, MSP Airport and the Mall of America. 20 minutes to Xcel Energy Center and downtown Saint Paul. Plenty of free, off-street parking. Bottled water always available in the fridge!

The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

Perfect location for a vacation! Located in the heart of the Arts District in NE Minneapolis, 6 James beard restaurants in 6 blocks of this victorian and plenty of other amazing food. We are near some of the best brewpubs in Minneapolis. The yard features a spacious patio,Pool table, Pingpong, a wood fired Pizza Oven (Ask me about firing it up for an event) A Koi pond that you can soak in ( 20'x4'x4' deep and crystal clear) plus there is an private outdoor hot tub! Theres even a climbing wall
