About 11mins drive to the Robert Moses State Park, beach & boat launch! About 37 mins from SUNY Postdam. 15min to Canada.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

We do not host locals. A second-floor apartment with easy access to the beach, marinas, golf course, fishing areas and Canada from this perfectly located home base. This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.
