Located on North Hobart's iconic Elizabeth Street, this comfortable studio apartment is just a 3-minute walk from your choice of bars, restaurants, cafes and theatres and provides a cosy space to relax after taking in Hobart's attractions. Within walking distance of the CBD, there is also a bus stop at the front door and free off-street parking out the back. Stairs: From the front entrance, the apartment is one floor up. From the rear entrance (carpark), the apartment is three floors up. :)

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Feltham Cottage - inner city with OSP, WIFI & ART

This fully renovated one-bedroom Edwardian cottage offers comfort, warmth and convenience. The self-contained interior mixes old and new with original 1910 features and 21 century finishes. A highlight is the collection of birdlife watercolour paintings by the acclaimed Australian artist, Robert Ulmann. Single storey, with walk-in shower, full kitchen, laundry and no stairs will make it an ideal choice for many visitors. There is off street parking and a colorful courtyard garden outdoors.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.
