The Buffalo cabin is located at The Crossings Campground in Belfield, North Dakota. This is a nice centrally located spot as you will be about 15 minutes from the south entrance of the badlands and grasslands of Theodore Roosevelt National Park and the historic town of Medora. You will also be about 30 minutes from the north unit of the National Park. We hope you enjoy your stay! The address is 301 Highway 10, Belfield, ND 58622. Lone Butte Ranch-Cedar Post

The Cedar Post was built in 2021. This log cabin is one of 3 cabins located on our working cattle ranch. We are located in the heart of the Badlands, only 14 miles south of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit, and 65 miles north of the TRNP South Unit. We have miles of hiking trails or riding trails if you prefer to bring your horses. This secluded cabin has it's own private hot tub and all your modern amenities but still has that rustic feel.

Come enjoy this Cozy Cabin located on our Ranch just couple miles off highway 85, close to North Unit of Theodore Roosevelt Park, and Maah Daah Hey Trail on Forest Service land near by. Enjoy hiking, biking, horse back riding and bird watching. Cabin fully furnished bring food and clothes and enjoy. Gas station convenience store 10 miles from cabin, restaurants grocery store, shopping just 20 miles north of cabin.

The log cabin is located in an isolated area of the North Dakota Badlands, about halfway between the North and South Units of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Rustic on the outside but modern on the inside, the cabin is decorated in traditional western decor (including extensive animal mounts). We offer the comforts of home in a setting almost too rugged to be imagined.
